the gift box or basket you purchase, for whatever reason, we will gladly
refund your money or replace it.
If a gift box or basket
arrives in a damaged condition we will glady refund your money or
replace it

careful packing and attention to detail ensures that the gift box or
basket will arrive in first class condition.
