When you place an order on our site there is an option for you to pay by Direct Banking. We supply you with our bank details and a reference number so you can Direct Bank funds into our bank account.
Can I open an account?

Can I specify when the gift is delivered?
Yes, you can. We will attempt to deliver the gift on this day. Saturday deliveries can only be delivered in the main towns and the are no Sunday deliveries. Rural deliveries can take 2-3 working days to be delivered.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
Our courier will attempt delivery and leave a calling card if the recipient is not home, otherwise you can request the parcel be left where it will have a non signature ticket attached.
Where can I enter special instructions?
If you have additional delivery information such as additional phone number etc, this can be entered on our order page when completing your order.
How can I change an order?
If you need to change the delivery details kindly phone or email us. Changes are required prior to the delivery date or you may risk that the order has already been processed and delivered.
How can I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, you may telephone, fax or email us. Make sure to have your order reference available.
How do I know if you have received my order?
Once we have received your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. Once the order is processed you will receive a reference number so if you wish, you can track the delivery.

Do you have a shop we can visit?
Yes. Our shop and dispatch centre is located at 215 Rosedale Road -Albany - Auckland - New Zealand
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.00pm. However you also can place your order online.

Does the Gift Barn deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, we deliver to PO Boxes and also to Rural Delivery Addresses. Please allow an extra day for delivery to Rural Delivery Addresses.
Can I get same day delivery for a gift basket?
While most parts of New Zealand require 24 hours notice we can deliver to Auckland on the same day, provided that the orders must be received before 12 noon (NZ Time) and Same-day delivery request must be noted on the Delivery Instructions of the Order Form
If I place my order online, how will I know the gift been received?
When you complete placing your order on our secure web site, a "Thank You" page will be displayed. Within minutes from submitting your order, you'll receive an e-mail confirmation showing your order. You will receive another email when your order is dispatched
Can I track delivery of my order?
Yes. When your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email from Giftbarn with the courier number and information which will allow you to track the progress of your orders delivery
Can I send a gift message with a gift basket or flowers?
Yes, when placing your order for gift baskets, you can write a personalized greeting to your gift recipient. Your message will be hand printed on our GiftBarn gift card that accompanies each gift basket we ship. Of course this service is free!
What if my order doesn’t arrive when it’s suppose to?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We use only the most reliable courier companies. We strive for 100% delivery… and we usually deliver!!
